I am always amazed by how many people go to great lengths to be a certain way. It makes absolutely no sense to me that they don’t, though. I mean, I’m sure a certain way of eating for most people is a healthy diet, but I am really amazed by the lengths that so many people go to to get that way of eating.

The idea that people are just eating in the same way they did before they got sick is simply wrong. Many people have different routines and habits. The idea that you have to have a certain way of eating to get well is ridiculous. At a certain point, you have to figure out what your routine will be. If you are an elite athlete and you can do it all day long, well, you are in a good way to get well.

In addition to being an elite athlete, I also have a healthy eating routine. I eat a lot of vegetables, but I also eat some fish and eggs. I also don’t eat a lot of junk food. I eat a lot of fruits, but I also eat some chocolate. And I have a healthy eating routine.
