For example, you can expect that they will try to pass a very bad bill on welfare that will raise the minimum wage. Then, they will probably just try to pass another very bad piece of legislation that will change your property tax rate. This will be a really bad thing because the state will probably spend more money buying houses, which you won’t be able to afford.
And then they will probably try to pass another very bad piece of legislation that will increase taxes on businesses and small-businesses. This is totally fine because you should absolutely be able to buy a house, but it will be very difficult for you to afford a car because you will have to pay higher property taxes. And the state will probably spend more money buying cars, which you wont be able to afford.
So what does this mean for you? Well, you might want to think twice about buying a house for your adult children because you might be paying higher taxes. Also, you might not want to buy a car because the state is gonna take away your ability to afford it. I’m sure you can handle that, but if you want to buy a house, you might want to think twice about it because the government might not be paying you to do so.
As the state continues to spend more money on transportation, it has become obvious that they are not paying to buy more buses, trains, and other mass transportation. This may be a good thing though because it could mean that the state is now more productive in the long term.
To be fair, I can’t blame them for the fact that they’re spending more on transit and not building roads and bridges. The state is spending money and trying to solve a problem, but they’re not actually spending money on it. That’s how governments work, and I’m sure you don’t have to be a real estate agent to realize that.
