By I was never really a big fan of the term eys culture to describe any person, place, or thing. It just felt that I wasn’t there yet. I mean, what are you talking about? There’s a lot of other cultures out there and I’m sure there are lots of people who don’t share the same culture as you. That’s fine and you are absolutely entitled to it.
I get that you dont like eys culture and its all good. I do too, especially when youre not in touch with the people in eys culture. But I dont think the term has much of a definition. Its just a shorthand for eys people who live outside of eys culture.
So when you say, “I dont like eys culture” that sounds like youre saying, “If I dont like eys culture, then I dont want to live in eys culture.” Which is true, but I dont think its a good reason to say that. I just think that youre comparing apples and oranges.
It seems youre saying that eys people are ignorant and its all good? Thats not true. Eys people are ignorant and act as though it doesnt matter outside of eys culture. There in lies the problem. Outside of eys culture, most people are ignorant and act like theres no difference between eys people and the rest of the world.
And I dont disagree. You need to read up on the differences between this and eys culture. In eys culture, theres a greater difference between the two groups than in this country.
