That’s precisely what happens when we are stressed. And when we stress we often don’t even realize it. Stress can cause a number of things, including heart attacks, headaches, and increased blood pressure. The longer you stress, the more likely you are to make decisions that you later regret.

So you know what it’s like when you finally get to work on something and it’s been a long day and you have a million other things to do. That’s what happens when you are stressed.
