A quick note on this article. I’ve been asked by some of my clients to share my thoughts on the topic of self-awareness, particularly in the area of nutrition. I can’t say that I completely agree with the writer of this article, but I do feel that there is a lot of truth to the article, and I do believe that a lot of people could benefit from having a better understanding of why diets work and what causes them to fail.

The main issue is that the article is a bit harsh. In order to lose weight, you need to consume a lot of calories in one day, and that is generally considered a bad thing. This makes a lot of people think that it is impossible to lose weight and that it is a waste of time. But it is actually possible to lose weight, and the main reason that people give up on it is the fact that its too hard.

I can’t think of a better way to put this than the article I wrote at the top of this post, which you may want to read. The idea is this. When we are overweight, we are still our normal selves. When we are overweight, we still eat what we want, we are still doing the things that we wanted to do, and we are still trying to live a normal life.

What this means is that there are no “better ways” to lose weight. If you want to lose weight, you are going to have to do what feels right. But the fact that it is so hard to lose weight, makes it hard to do that. That’s why these alternative weight loss methods that claim to work for everyone are so popular.

A few years ago, I tried to lose weight in the traditional way, by eating a diet that looked like I was eating a big plate of food. I would eat a big plate of food and drink a big glass of water.
